Judy Allen Pettigrew

Judy Allen Pettigrew, 49, of Valdosta died Monday, February 11, 2008 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born on September 18, 1958 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of Marvin Allen and Rose Petrey Allen. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Adel.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Matthew Pettigrew of Milledgeville; mother and stepfather, Rose and Bob Hall of Valdosta; former spouse, Kenny Pettigrew of Milledgeville, sisters and brothers-in-law, Pam and Johnny Feathers of Valdosta, Debbie and Billy King of Ohio; two nieces, Kristin and Melissa, one great niece, London; two nephews, Doug and Trent; special friend, Ray Zglinicki of Adel and her dog, Raskul. Judy was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Allen.

Services will be held at 4 P.M. Thursday, February 14, 2008 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Gary James and Reverend Jimmy Baughcum officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
