Joshua Irvin Bennett

Joshua Irvin Bennett, 39, of Valdosta died Friday, November 9, 2018 at his home. He was born in Hahira on January 3, 1979 and was a lifelong resident of this area. Joshua was employed by Advanced Portable Restrooms, was a hard worker and loved spending time with his children.
Survivors include his mother, Berta Bennett; his son, Logan Padgett, his daughter, Alexis Nicole Bennett; his brothers and sister in law, Joseph and Maranda Bennett, Shawn Bennett; his niece, Elizabeth Kay Bennett; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Eloise Bennett all of Valdosta; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; Irvin Bennett, Jr., his paternal grandfather, Irvin Bennett, Sr., his step grandfather, Buddy Taylor and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Catherine Pember.
Memorial services will be held at 6pm, Thursday, November 15, 2018 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Buck Crumley officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-6pm at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
