Josh Williams

Josh Williams, 25, of Lake Park died on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville from a lifelong illness. He was born in Jasper, Florida on November 2, 1984 and has been a lifelong resident of this area. He worked for PCS as a heavy equipment operator and attended the Lake Park Church of God.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Julie and Jeff Bolenbaugh of Lake Park; a sister and brother-in-law, Rebekah and Ben Tucker of Chula, GA.; special "sisters", Brianna and Triston Carter of Lake Park; grandparents, Floyd and Erna Corbett also of Lake Park; aunt and uncle, Sherrie and Richard Carter and aunt and uncle Robin and Alan Leonard all of Lake Park; loving cousins, Emily, Sarah and K.C. Leonard of Lake Park; father, Rev. Daryl Williams of Madison, Florida; grandparents, Grover and Marguerite Williams of Jennings, Florida; uncle and aunt, Danny and Regina Williams and uncle, Doug Williams all of Madison, Florida; aunt and uncle Diane and John Ackerman of North Georgia; aunt and uncle Janice and Rev. Andy Schultz of Jacksonville, Florida; uncle and aunt, Randy and Renay Williams of Jennings, Florida; close friends, Chris Gilbert, Perry Morris, Blake Sandlin and Darren Williams; a special friend, Kayla Porter and numerous cousins and other family members.

Services for Josh Williams will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the Lake Park Church of God with Dr. Keith Sandlin and Rev. Mickey Corbett officiating. The burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home of Lake Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake Park Church of God Kids Church or the Antioch Community Church building fund.
