Joseph Cabral

USAF TSgt (Ret) Joseph Cabral, 81, of Valdosta, passed away Friday, February 19, 2016, at his home.

He was born June 26, 1934 in Fall River, MA, a son of the late John and Mary Perry Cabral. TSgt Cabral had honorably served his country and retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being with his family.

He is survived by his three children, Terry and wife Donna Marie Cabral of Valdosta, Pamela Cabral Griner of Lake Park, and Ricky and wife Donna S. Cabral of Valdosta; five grandchildren, Joseph and wife Rachel Cabral of Valdosta, Rusty and wife Leslie Cabral of Auburn, AL, Matthew Cabral of Tifton, Alicia and husband Johnny Price of Valdosta, and Michael Cabral of Tampa; four great-grandchildren, Grace and Molly Price, Zoey and Emma Cabral; three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Doll and Sammy Vickery, Janice Taylor, and Craig and Carla Craven, all of Valdosta; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Craven Cabral.

A Graveside Service for Mr. Cabral will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016, at Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Matthew Yarbrough officiating.
