Jonathan Felix Asbell, Jr.

Jonathan Felix Abell, Jr., 19, of Valdosta died suddenly on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. He was born in Adel on June 20, 1991 to Jonathan Sr., and Melissa Tomlinson Asbell. He was a graduate of Georgia Christian School where he played several sports. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church but also attended Dasher Church of Christ as well as Lake Park Church of Christ. He was employed with South Georgia Medical Center and loved the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Austan Cole Asbell of Valdosta; grandmother, Rebecca M.Tomlinson of Lake Park; grandparents, Norman and Aneita Asbell of Madison, Florida; great-grandmother, Remmie McCall of Lake Park; uncles and aunts, William Richard Tomlinson of Valdosta, Joel Asbell of Madison, Florida, Janice and Steve Spiller of Valdosta, Susan McCall and Ruth Solarz both of Lake Park; cousins, Katie Tomlinson and Lauren Tomlinson both of Valdosta, Kayla Asbell of Madison, Florida, Elizabeth Spiller and Ashley Tomlinson both of Valdosta; other loving cousins and family members.

Services for Jonathan Felix Asbell, Jr., will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 29, 2010 at the Dasher Church of Christ with Mr. David Nelson and Mr. Marvin Green officiating. The burial will follow in the Lake Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
