John Lindon Swann

John Lindon Swann, 35, of Valdosta died Thursday, May 24, 2018 from injuries sustained in a work related accident. He was born in Hahira on March 1, 1983 and was a lifelong resident of Valdosta. He enjoyed helping people and loved spending time with family. John was a very loving, caring and tenderhearted person. He was scared of nothing and enjoyed being a comical person.
Survivors include his children, Tristin Fine, twins, Cassidy and Aiden Swann, Tyler Swann, Trenton Smith, Easton Swann; parents, Herbert David Swann, Sr., Lisa Jo Swann; his brother, Herbert David Swann, Jr.; his nephew, Wyatt Swann; half sister, Susan Leigh Swann; half brothers, Justin Wyke, Korey Booth; half sisters, Jennifer LeBlanc, Rochelle Booth, Kayla Wyke; step nephew, Jonathan Wisenbaker all Lowndes County; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Monday, May 28, 2018 at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Pastor Zach Corbett officiating. John will lie in state at the home of his brother, David Swann, 4878 Otter Creek Road, Lake Park, GA 31636 and the family will receive friends at the residence on Sunday.
