John Allen Miller

John Allen Miller, 47, of Valdosta, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017, at his residence. John was born on October 2, 1969 in Alma, Georgia to William Henry Miller and the late Nellia Faye Cothern Miller. John worked as a painter and carpenter. He was a nature lover, who enjoyed music, bowling and playing cards.
John is survived by his wife, Misty Thornton Miller; son, Sebastian Miller of Waycross; his stepson, Justin Holifield of Valdosta; his step daughter, Katherine Fletcher of Valdosta; his brothers James Miller of Valdosta, Jason Miller of Valdosta, and Kenneth Miller of Reynolds, Georgia; his sister, Barbara Gill of Waycross, Georgia; 2 grandchildren and 8 nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his brother Joey Miller.
