Joe Anthony Cuellar

JOE ANTHONY CUELLAR 3, of Lake Park died Friday, July 8, 2005 in Tallahassee, Fla from injuries sustained in an accident. He was born on March 11, 2002 in Valdosta to Jose A. Leal and Gabriela Cuellar.

Other survivors in addition to his parents include five sisters, Vanessa Leal, Daisy Cuellar, Jessica Leal, Kimberly Cuellar and Shelly Cuellar all of Lake Park, his grandparents, Alberto and Ludivine Cuellar of Homestead, Fla, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Irene Leal.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Monday, July 11, 2005 in the McLane Lakewood Chapel in Lake Park. Burial will follow in the Lake Park Cemetery.
