Jodie P. Griggs

Jodie P. Griggs, 44, of Ray City, GA died Sunday, June 19, 2005 at South GA Medical Center. He was born in Ft. Worth, TX on February 25, 1961 to Hess Paul and Melba Hardhee Griggs. Mr. Griggs was a retired staff sergeant with the United States Air Force and was a catholic.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Griggs of Ray City, two dogs, Happy and Boogie Bear, his father, Hess Paul Griggs of Dallas, TX, his mother, Melba Griggs of San Angelo, TX, one sister, Bonnie Gray of Washington, DC, one brother, Bill Cowart of Ray City, two nieces, Brittany Cowart of Ray City and Deanna Lightsey of Jacksonville, NC and is preceded in death by one brother, Mike Griggs.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at three p. m. at the Moody Air Force Base Chapel with full military honors. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at mclanefuneralservices.com.
