Faye Adams

Faye Adams, 89, of Statenville, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Fellowship Home in Valdosta. She was born December 12, 1934 to the late Tillman and Cuba Culpepper Henderson. Mrs. Adams worked for the Statenville Health Department before retirement. She loved to travel and spend time with friends and family. 

Faye is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Jones of Hahira; granddaughters, Brittany Jones of Hahira and Tara (Ray) Pafford of Adel; great grandchildren, Kate Pafford and John Henry Pafford both of Adel; brother, Arthur Henderson of Statenville; sisters, Linda Williams of Hahira and Vonnie (Dick) Weiser of Wedowee, AL; nephews, Joel Williams of Valdosta, Rob Williams (Kimberly) of Orlando, FL and Brad Weiser (Sarah) of Atlanta. She is also survived by friend and long time companion, Murray Harris. Faye is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Warren Lee “Bud” Adams; and her brother-in-law Joe Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Statenville Cemetery. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com.
