Jo Ann Wagner, 67 of Valdosta died on Friday, July 8, 2005 at her residence after a brief illness. Born on December 25, 1937 in Greene County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Viola Abildgaard Jackson. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are her husband, Kenneth Wagner of Valdosta; daughter and son-in-law, April and Kevin Eversole of Clearwater, FL; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Nichole Wagner of San Jose, CA, Joseph and Lisa Wagner, Hahira, GA; son-in-law and his wife, Gary and Loretta Given of Lake Park; eleven grandchildren, Joshua, Chaundra, Kara, Jacob, Benjamin, Allison, Zacharie, Jason, James, Rachel and Gage; sister, Natalie Dickinson of Knoxville, TN; brother, Henry Jackson and her special friends from Crackin Good Bakery including Carolyn Brady, Anita Woods, Mabel Evans and Myrtle Bruce.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Mr. Kevin Eversole officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South GA, P.O.
