Jerry Sedo Reburiano, age 80, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents Julian Rito Reburiano and Felina Sedo Reburiano and his brothers, Urbano (Ben) Reburiano and Efren Reburiano
Jerry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Celia Elizabeth Nitschke Reburiano of Middleburg, Florida, daughter, Tonya R. Jackson (Dock) of Atlanta, granddaughter, Victoria A. Newman (Robert), great grandchildren, Hayden Peyton Easton, and Colton Neumann all of Atlanta; sisters, Araceli Reburiano Myrna Horton, and brothers, Wilbur (Willy) Errol, and Bernardo Reburiano. Jerry had lots on extended family and friends.
Born on May 15, 1940 in Llaor, Oas, Albay, Philippines, he joined the United States Navy in November of 1959 and served until his retirement. He then worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 10 years before retiring. He enjoyed cooking, shopping, and watching the “Price is Right”.
The family will receive visitors at Jacksonville Memory Gardens in Orange Park, Florida on May 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest in Valdosta, Georgia at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens on Wednesday May 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with a graveside service and military rites. Carson McLane Funeral Home is serving the Reburiano family in Valdosta.
