Jeffrey Keith Clanton

Jeffrey Keith (Jeff) Clanton, 41, of Ray City, died Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on April 27, 1965 in Cook County, GA. Mr. Clanton was an Army veteran and attended New Covenant Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lori Ann Martin Clanton, his children, Garrett Clanton, Marissa Clanton, Lindsey Clanton and Jacob Clanton, all of Ray City, his parents, Ron and Nell Clanton, his sister and brother in law, Vicki and Frank Davidson all of Valdosta, one niece, Mandi Davidson, two nephews, Jonathan Davidson and Will Davidson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 26, 2006 at two p. m. at New Covenant Church with Pastor Randy Stephen and Pastor Mike Wells Officiating. He will lie in state in the church for one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from six until eight p. m.
