Jean H. Bennett

Jean H. Bennett, 67 of Valdosta, died on Monday, March 6, 2006 at her residence after a lengthy illness. Born on December 7, 1938 in Macon, she was the daughter of the late Hugh Hudgins and Marion Rozar Palmer. She had worked as a title clerk for Langdale Ford and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors are daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and David Wade, Renee and Ken Busby all of Valdosta; grandchildren, Shalyn and Steve Holley, Casie and Andy Tabor, Jennifer and Steven Parrish, Kenny Busby; great grandchildren, Tyler Holley, Caylie Tabor, Alexandra Parrish; sisters, Ann Palmer, Susan Prichard, Lisa Rozar and brothers, Gerald Hudgins, Wayne Hudgins all of Macon. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Arthur W. Price.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Macon with Reverend Bob Willis officiating.
