Janice Elaine Thomasson Henderson

Janice Elaine Thomasson Henderson, 84, of Lake Park, died on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center following a period of declining health. She was born on August 6, 1936 in Andalusia, Alabama to the late Alex Andre Thomasson and the late Mary Alice Plant Thomasson. Mrs. Henderson was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved and was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren, who she loved spending time with and showing them the fine art of cooking, baking and quilt making and she enjoyed being on her computer, especially to do her crossword puzzles.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald R. Henderson Jr., and his partner, Gloria Gracia of Valdosta, and Daniel Henderson of Lake Park; her grandchildren and their spouses, Mallory and Brian Melton of Griffin, Georgia, Mary and Shane Golden-Brumbley, of Moultrie, Alan Frame of Nashville, Tennessee, Daniel Henderson, II and Sarah Henderson of Puyallup, Washington, Veronica Suzanne Henderson of Canton, Georgia, Joy and Robert Begue of Lake Park,; her great-grandchildren, Brodie and Taylor Melton, Gracie Henderson, CJ Griffith, Daniel Henderson III, Alexa Begue, Avery Begue, Addelynn Begue, and Trenton Begue. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Henderson, Sr., her daughter, Barbara Suzanne Henderson, and a brother, Bertie Dewayne Thomasson.
