James William Luke, 82, of Lake Park, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021 at his residence. He was born on November 3, 1939 to the late Diamond James Luke and Avie Luke. He was a Minister for Carrabelle Congregational Holiness Church. Mr. Luke loved hunting, fishing and farming. He worked in maintenance for 21 years at PCS in White Springs, FL. He enjoyed spending time with his family and vacationing at different locations.
Mr. Luke is survived by his wife, Frances Luke, of Lake Park; a son, Stephen Luke, of Lake Park; three daughters, Pam (Mark) Wilkinson, of Lake City, Fl, Kim (Sam) Story, of Melbourne, FL, and Melody Luke, of Lake City, FL; five grandchildren, Tony (Dear) Wilkinson, Andy Wilkinson, Adam (Brittany) Wilkinson, and Karrie (Colin) Glenn, all of Lake City, FL, and John Monroe, of Indiana; seven great grandchildren, Maddy Glenn, Talan Glenn, Sarunyu Wilkinson, Orion Wilkinson, Starlett Watt, James Wilkinson, and Alayna Wilkinson. Mr. Luke was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, James William Luke, Jr.
