James F. (Jim) Cannon

Jim F. Cannon, 77, of Valdosta and formerly of Warner Robins, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the Langdale Hospice House. He was born May 5, 1934 in Eastman.

Jim is survived by his wife of thirty years, Gail M. Cannon of Valdosta; one daughter and son-in-law, Angela Cannon Hicks and Rodney Hicks of Warner Robins; one son, Jimmy Cannon of Warner Robins; two grandsons, Nathan and wife Heather Cannon and Timmy Cannon; two great-grandchildren, Laila and Carly Cannon, all of Warner Robins; one step-daughter, Donna J. and husband Kevin Reed of Charlotte, NC; two step-grandchildren, Christopher Pinkston and Megan LePore; one step-great-granddaughter, Emma LePore; and his former wife, Marjorie Cannon of Warner Robins. He was the last survivor of his two brothers and two sisters.
