James Daniel (Dan) Salter

JAMES DANIEL (DAN) SALTER, 53, of Brooks County, Georgia died Thursday, June 21, 2007. He was a lifelong resident of this area and a Baptist. Mr. Salter enjoyed fishing and playing golf.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ellen Salter of Brooks County, a son, Richard Hubbard, Sr. of Lake Park, a grandson, Richard Hubbard of Thomaston, his parents, Louis and Evelyn Salter of Harkers Island, NC., a sister, Kathy Meissner of Shallotte, NC. and a very special pet, Winston.

Graveside services will be held at 11am, Monday, June 25, 2007 at Carter Cemetery in Echols County with the Rev. Eldridge Lyons officiating.
