Howard Arthur Schurig

Howard Arthur Schurig, 80, of Valdosta, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Lakeland Villa. He was born on November 25, 1931 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Arthur and Charlotte Meyer Schurig. Mr. Schurig was retired and of the Lutheran faith.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Brown Schurig of Valdosta, three daughters, Charlotte Neggia and Kristina Weigle, both of New Jersey and Caroline Davis of PA, one step daughter, Elizabeth Drake of Valdosta, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mr. Schurig is predeceased by one brother, William Schurig.
