Helen Hestell Kyle Robinson

Helen Hestell Kyle Robinson, 71, of Valdosta died on Friday, August 06, 2010 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was born on June 4, 1939 in Sykes, Tennessee to the late Robert and Lydia Williams Kyle. She has been a resident of Valdosta since 1970. She was an avid bowler and was on bowling league teams for many years. Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker and was of the Church of Christ faith.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Henry Robinson; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Henry Robinson, Jr. and Kevin and Angela Robinson all of Valdosta; grandchildren, Kay Robinson Darflinger of Valdosta, Henry (Harry) Robinson of Mississippi, Krystle Robinson and Heather Robinson both of Valdosta; a brother, Paul Kyle of Austin, Texas; a sister and brother-in-law, Donia and Ken Adkins of Woodbine, Georgia; a sister-in-law, Ruth Kyle of Watertown, Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leon Denver Kyle and a sister, Mazzell Christian.

Services for Helen Hestell Kyle Robinson will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 9, 2010 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens.
