Hector Omar Reyes-Garcia

Hector Omar Reyes-Garcia, 40, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Langdale Hospice House after a brief illness. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on February 18, 1976. Hector was a truck driver who drove all over the U.S. for 20 years. He was a man dedicated to his family who spent every Sunday with his family, playing video games, watching movies, and sharing quality time. Hector was the life of the party and always greeted everyone with a smile and a warm "God Bless You". His priorities always were God first, family second, everything else after that.

Survivors include his wife, Elsa Reyes, two daughters, Jasmary Reyes and Lismary Reyes; his parents, Hector Luis & Josefina Reyes. Also surviving are two sisters and their families, Omarys & Manny Munguia and Arelys & Hugo Delgado including three nieces and one nephew. In addition to family members, his best friend, Walter G. Igartua Berrios.

A private family graveside service for Hector will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family and Rev. Ross Cook will officiate.
