Hazel Frances Williams

July 20, 1937 — July 19, 2020

Hazel Frances Williams, 82, of Valdosta, died on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Born in Sand Gap, Kentucky, on July 20, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Allie Todd Smith. Mrs. Williams worked as a homemaker and a nurse’s aide for several nursing homes. She was a member of Azalea City Church of God.
Survivors are her husband, Austin Williams, her son, Randy Lainhart both of Valdosta; daughter, Donna (James) Hollywood of Grand Prairie, Texas; grandson, Jason (Jennifer) Lainhart of St. Augustine, Florida, granddaughter, Margie Hollywood of Grand Prairie, Texas; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Smith of Richmond, Kentucky, and Offord Smith of Send Gap, Kentucky.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Lake Park Cemetery. Reverend Randy Lainhart will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday morning at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home from 8:30 until 9:30 a.m. Condolences may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com.
