Harvey Edward White

Harvey Edward "Eddie" White, 65, of Hahira passed away at South Georgia Medical Center on April 28, 2015. He was born in St. Augustine, FL on November 20, 1949 to the late Ralph Roland and Janet Marie Luse White. Mr. White was a veteran of the Vietnam War and proudly served in the United States Army. He was retired from the Florida State Prisons and in his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and for the love of his family.
Eddie White is survived by two daughters, Tonya Revels of Hahira and Michelle White of Valdosta; five grandchildren, Lauren and Lance Revels of Hahira, Jaden (Stephen), Jacie, and Jayann Corson all of Valdosta; two great-grandchildren, Kayle and Pierson Cowart of Valdosta; a sister, Beth White. Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Janet White.
A graveside service for Eddie White will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015 at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. Rev. Roger Mayes will officiate.
