Harry Milford McDonald, 76, of Valdosta passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at Lakeland Villa. He was born in Valdosta on January 18, 1945 to the late Glen McDonald and Gladys Jane Nash McDonald. He was a plumber. Mr. McDonald enjoyed the Atlanta Braves, NASCAR, and golf. He was a 1963 graduate of Lowndes High School.
Mr. McDonald is survived by his children, Leslie Beman (Ben) of Madison, FL, Amanda Davis (John) of St. Mary’s, GA, Glen McDonald (Kelli) of Valdosta and Lindsey Mendoza (Mark) of Waconia, MN; nine grandchildren, John Skye Thomas of Valdosta, Samantha Mills (Michael) of Lake Park, Caleb Adkins of Tallahassee, FL, Olivia, Emma, Jackson and James McDonald of Valdosta, GA, and Aiden and Seth Mendoza of Waconia, MN; three great grandchildren, Bentley Thomas and Kenley Clifton of Valdosta, and Isabelle Mills of Lake Park; two sisters, Norma Jean Iwata of Chicago and Charlene Lombardi (Nick) of Raleigh, NC. He is preceded in death by his parents and infant daughter, Kellie Leigh McDonald.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Lake Park Cemetery. Burial will follow. Pastor Mike Nelligan will officiate.
