Gregory Allen Duck

Gregory Allen "Duckman" Duck, 50, of Crawfordville, Florida died on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Panama City, Florida to Billy Gene Duck, Sr. and Lana Coatney Gilley. He was a true source of light and inspiration for his family, friends, and members of his church. He enjoyed music, especially gospel and country music, and was known for his love of life and his love for people. He was a loving son, brother, nephew and friend.

Survivors include his mother, Lana Gilley of Crawfordville, Florida; his father, Billy Gene Duck, Sr. of Panama City, Florida; a brother, Billy Gene Duck, Jr. of Bonifay, Florida; a sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Gary Hall of Valdosta, Georgia; a brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Angela Duck of Quitman, Georgia; an aunt and uncle, Donna and Joey Ross of New Hope, Florida; an uncle and aunt, Chip and Phyllis Coatney of Vernon, Florida; an aunt, Evelyn Rushing of West Bay, Florida; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, R.L. and Gladys Duck and his maternal grandparents, Bernice and Doris Coatney.

Services for Gregory Allen Duck will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home in Valdosta, Georgia with Rev. Jay Watkins officiating. Entombment will follow in the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
