Gladys Inez Taylor

Gladys Taylor, 82, of Hahira, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Memorial Convalescent Center in Adel. She was born in Cook County on June 26, 1927 to the late Dan and Bessie Kelley. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and a member of the Hahira Church of God.

She is survived by one daughter and son in law, Jo Beth and Ronald Cowart, two sons and one daughter in law, Donald Eugene and Nancy Hayes, Robert Taylor and his fiancé, Julie, all of Hahira, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, one brother, Leo Kelley of Florida. Mrs. Taylor is preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Sumner Blanton on July 3, 1997, one grandson, Ronald G. (Ronnie) Cowart, Jr. on October 1, 2008, one sister, Hattie Hayes and two brothers, Pete Kelley and Junior Kelley.

Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2010 at three p. m. at Friendship Cemetery with Reverend Leonard Harnage officiating. Burial will follow.
