Georgianna Baer Manning

Mrs. Georgianna Baer Manning, 79, of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on November 6, 1941 in Manhattan, New York to the late George and Alice Ress Baer. Mrs. Manning was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Quitman, a member of the Elk’s Auxillary and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Joseph Manning of Valdosta, her sister, Barbara Baer of Cataba, SC, her brother and sister in law, Louis and Debra Baer of East Moriches, New York, two nephews, two nieces and nephew, Brian Manning.
A celebration of life will be held at 10am on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at St. James Episcopal Church in Quitman. Burial of cremains will be on the family plot at Sunset Hill Cemetery. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at www.mclanecares.com.
