Georgia Middleton Purvis

Georgia Lee Purvis, 53, of Valdosta, died Friday, January 13, 2006 at Hospice of the Golden Isle in Brunswick, GA. She was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on November 27, 1952 to the late Bill Williams and Natlie Williams and was a graduate of Valdosta State College and the Police Academy.

Ms. Purvis is survived by her two daughters and sons in law, Dianalee Marie and Paul Andrew Turner of Brunswick, Natlie Ann and Curtis Edward Marsch of Delaware, Ohio, two sons, Justin Michael Purvis and Dennis Edward Purvis, Jr. of Adel, mother, Natlie Williams of Brunswick, three brothers, Bruce Middleton of Tallahassee, Joseph Middleton of Hollywood, CA, Gary Middleton of Tallahassee, one sister, Lynn Lewis of Valdosta, two grandsons, Justis Rhett Lewis and Jacob Carlton Marsch, three granddaughters, Montana Marie Lewis, Hayli Anne Marsch and Sara Elizabeth Pitts, all of Brunswick.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 16, 2006 at 11 a. m. at the graveside in Riverview Memorial Gardens with Pastor W. E. Wood officiating. Burial will follow.
