George G. Keen

George G. Keen, 74, of Valdosta, died Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Lake Haven Nursing Home. Mr. Keen was a sheet metal worker and a veteran of the National Guard.

He is survived by three daughters, Shirley Warren of Jasper, GA, Linda Johnson of Jacksonville, FL and Michelle Messimer of Virginia, one son, Ricky Keen of Valdosta, thirteen grandchildren, James Warren III, Brittney Warren, Stephanie Townsend, Richard Keen, Heather Keen, Samatha Helleck, Eric Helleck, Jesse Sexton, Misty Sexton, Andy Warren, Amy Warren, Ashley Warren and Haley Messimer, two step daughters, Lisa Conkin and Sherry Putnal, three step grandchildren, Randy Conkin, Lesley Conkin and William Conkin, one brother and sister in law, Howell and Lois Keen of Jacksonville, FL. Two Very Dear Friends Carolyn Cowart of Valdosta and Sheila Weaver of Live Oak, FL.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 12, 2005 at 2 p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Carter Cemetery. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at mclanefuneralservices.com.
