Gary King Leff

Gary King Leff, 61, of Valdosta died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 23, 1957 to the late Wilbur H. and Betty Hughes Leff and had lived in Valdosta for many years. Gary was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. He served in the United States Air Force for twelve years and was currently the owner and general manager of the Egg and I Restaurant. Gary loved riding motorcycles and travelling and being a Dad to his daughter, Sarah.
Survivors include his daughter, Sarah Leff of Valdosta; his sister and brother in law, Gayle and Scott Schaeffer of Caledonia, MS; his brother and sister in law, Mark and Teresa Leff of Adel; the mother of his daughter, Tammy Leff of Hahira; his niece and nephews; Laura Schaeffer, Andrew Schaeffer, Spencer Leff.
Memorial services will be held at 12 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Father Brian LaBurt officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to BARC.
