Frank Christopher Southall

Frank Christopher Southall, age 53, of Lake Park, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2024, at home. He was born in Albany, GA on April 23, 1970, to Donald Roy Southall and the late Charlene Vesta Valentine Southall. Frank's passion for his work as a Certified Journeyman Pipefitter and his involvement in the brotherhood of the UA Local 72 brought him great joy. Family always remained a priority for Frank, and he cherished every moment spent with his wife, Daphney Southall, whom he had been married to for 17 years (together for 27 years), and his beloved grandchildren. In his spare time, he found solace in taking care of his yard and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs football team (Go Dawgs!) and NASCAR.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Daphney Southall of Lake Park; daughters Kim Rhoades of Bainbridge, and Jessica Hickox of Patterson, GA; son Bobby Rhoades of Bainbridge; parents, Donny and Catherine Southall of Valdosta; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donny and Pricilla Southall of Bainbridge, Shawn and Melanie Hiers of Valdosta; sister and brother-in-law, Shannon and Jason Thomas of Jennings, FL; and his adored grandchildren, Matt Hall, Serena Hickox, Kaylee Rhoades, Bryson Anderson, Laylah Hickox, Allyson James Hickox, and Aubrey Rhoades. He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Vesta Valentine Southall, and his grandparents, Charles and Myrtice Valentine, and Frank and Jeanette Southall.
