Frances Doty Crawford

Frances Doty Crawford, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother entered into rest on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the age of 87. Mrs. Crawford was born May 5, 1933 in Albany, Georgia to the late Eagle and Dorothy Tarver Doty. She graduated from the University of Georgia, and was director and teacher at Tarver Kindergarten in Albany Georgia for over 20 years; Mrs. Crawford went on to teach at Deerfield Windsor until retirement. Mrs. Crawford was a lifetime member of the Episcopal Church.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Elise Sandbach (David) of Valdosta, three grandchildren, Christopher Sandbach of Atlanta; Lauren Darby (Tanner) of Hahira; Stephen Sandbach (Kacie) of Valdosta; two great grandchildren, Anna Crawford Darby and Henry Sandbach.
A celebration of the life of Frances Doty Crawford will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Burial will follow in the Memory Garden of Christ Episcopal Church.
