Floye Byington, 88, of Valdosta, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Crestwood Nursing Home after a long illness. She was born December 1, 1933 in Baker County, FL, a daughter of the late Arlie and Lois Snowden Franklin.
Ms. Byington is survived by two granddaughters, Jenna Mulvey of Valdosta, and Jenifer Moore and husband Brandon of Columbus, IN; a daughter, Deborah Bonser of Lake Park; a brother and sister-in-law, Arlie Glenn and Linda Franklin of Conroe, TX; and a niece, Linda Kennedy and husband Carl of Lake Park.
