Florence S. Yale

FLORENCE S.YALE, 75, of Valdosta died Friday, January 4, 2008 at South Georgia Medical Center after a long term illness. She was born on February 14, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Harold C. and Sybilla Albrecht Fuller and had lived in Valdosta for forty six years. Mrs. Yale was a homemaker and a server at Morrison’s Cafeteria. She was a member of the Christian Science Society.

Survivors include her husband of fifty six years, Charles E. Yale of Valdosta, three daughters and sons in law, Sharon Yale Mitchell and Archie Mitchell of LaGrange, Debra Yale Fotsch and Timothy Fotsch of Pearl River, LA., Kimberly Yale Richardson and William Richardson of Lakeland, her sister, Julia Fuller Buchter of Trenton, Michigan, grandchildren, Jessica Fotsch, Matthew Fotsch both of Pearl River, LA., Lauren Mitchell and Hayley Mitchell both of LaGrange, Crystal Richardson, Patrick Richardson and Seanesee Richardson all of Lakeland, great grandchild, Lilith Brooks. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert A. Fuller.

Graveside services will be held at 1pm, Monday, January 7, 2008 at Sunset Hill Cemetery with Mr. Sam Greneker and Mr. Thomas Ruffin officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00-3:30pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
