Eunice Beatrice Tomlinson

EUNICE BEATRICE TOMLINSON, 88, of Mayday died Sunday, September 2, 2007 at her home after a short illness. She was born on October 1, 1918 in Live Oak, Florida to the late John and Feriba Jane Hayes Sheppard and had lived in this area for seventy years. Mrs. Tomlinson was a Baptist.

Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Wynelle and Ronnie Spells of Mayday, three sons and daughters in law, Billy and Faye Tomlinson of Rome, GA., Larry and Vonnell Tomlinson of Lenoir City, TN. and Keith and Debbie Tomlinson of Statenville, 8-grandchildren, 8-great grandchildren, one sister, Evelyn Buchanan of Day, Fla., two brothers, Tom Sheppard and Robert Sheppard both of Live Oak, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Tomlinson.

Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, September 4, 2007 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. John Harrington officiating. Burial will follow in the Wayfare Cemetery.
