Eula Morris Freeman, 87, of Lake Park passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017. Eula was born on May 24, 1930 in Baldwin, Mississippi to the late Marvin Lee and Clytee Arnold Morris. Eula was a retired teacher and member of the Lake Park United Methodist Church. She was very involved with her church, and the Pathfinders Senior Women’s Group. She loved her five grandsons and her great-grandchildren. Eula loved to play cards, dance, crochet, and spending time with people. She loved to shop and spend time with her daughter-in-law Debbie.
Eula is survived by her daughter Paula Miller (Steve) of Chapel Hill, NC; her daughter-in-law Debbie Freeman, of Lake Park; her grandsons, Jackson and Elyse Miller, of Chapel Hill, NC, Nate and Katharine Miller, of Nashville, TN, Josh and Lindsay Freeman, of Cumming, Matt and Cindy Freeman, of Lake Park, and Zac and Nicole Freeman of Marietta; her great grandchildren Quinn Miller, Haddie Freeman, Haleigh Watson, Tanner Watson and Brynn Freeman. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Ernest Freeman, and her son Mark Allen Freeman.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Lake Park United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lake Park United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
Her smile will be missed.
