Eucelle Coker Turner

Eucelle Coker Turner, 81, of Valdosta died Friday, May 6, 2005 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on September 11, 1923 in Sumter, SC to the late Henry J. and Ida Morris Coker and had lived in Valdosta most of her life. Mrs. Turner was a member of the Northside Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoying bowling.

Survivors include a grandson and granddaughter in law, Mike and Brenda Allen of Lake Park, four great grandchildren, Richard Allen, Michael Allen, Ethan Colvin and Blair Colvin, one sister, Rachel Lofton of Valdosta, special niece, Runette Van Ausdall of Twin Lakes, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow W. Turner, daughter and son in law, Linda and George W. Allen, a grandson, Christopher Ray Allen, five brothers and four sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Sunday, May 8, 2005 at Sunset Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating.
