Ethell H. Krieger

Ethell H. Krieger, 81, lifelong resident of Valdosta, died on Sunday, December 9, 2007, at Smith Northview Hospital. Born in Nashville on May 5, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Willie C. and Cordelia Roberts Hall. Mrs. Krieger was a homemaker and attended the Assembly of God Church. She loved to shop and work in her yard. She dearly loved her children and grandchildren.

Survivors are her daughter and son in law, Beverly and Fred Walker, Jr. of Valdosta, son and daughter in law, Jerry and Susan Krieger of Pavo, daughter, Brenda Bentz of Valdosta, grandchildren, Jason Grady and David Bentz of Valdosta, Dylan Peeples, Amber Peeples, Braden Peeples and Josh Peeples of Crawfordville, Florida; brother and sister in law, Carl and Betty Sue Hall of Albany; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Krieger was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Eugene Krieger , sisters, Dolly Dozier, Alda Dorminey, Lessie Luke, Nan Kokeny, brothers, Mitchell Hall, J.W. Hall, Bob Hall, Leon Hall, Elden Hall.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at Riverview Memorial Gardens. Reverend Bill Cotterill will officiate.
