Emma Rae Perez-Smith, infant daughter of Rebecca Marie Smith and Manuel Perez of Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, FL died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. In addition to her parents she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Sharon and James Smith of Lake Park, paternal grandparents, Evelyn Salva and Miguel Morales of Isabela, Puerto, Rico, aunts, Jessica Smith (Chris Delk) of Valdosta and Sarah Smith of Lake Park, uncle, William Lewis Smith of Lake Park and cousin, Braighlyn Delk of Valdosta.
A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, November 28, 2011 at one p. m. at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens with Father Luis Fonseca officiating. Burial will follow. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at www.mclanecares.com.
