Emilia Ann Perez, 41, of Lake Park, suddenly passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born on January 8, 1983, in Miami, Florida. Emilia was known for being THE aunt to her nieces and nephews and always went overboard, especially at Christmas, with all the many treasures she would get for them and the Christmas decorations she would put up for everyone to enjoy. She loved to bake and was skillful at arts and crafts. Emilia, along with her family, attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Emilia is survived by her mother, Anna Torres of Lake Park; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Mayra DelaCruz, and Maria and James Moody all of Valdosta; nieces and nephews, Alexia Moody, Mana DelaCruz, Sophia Moody, Nani DelaCruz, and Kane DelaCruz; aunts, uncles and many cousins. She was preceded by her grandmother, Esther Torres.
A memorial service for Emilia Ann Perez will be held at 1pm on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Deacon Columbus Carter officiating. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane.
