Elouise Chadwick, 75, of Jacksonville, FL, died Saturday, August 11, 2007 at Shands Hospital. She was born on December 25, 1931 in Cook County, GA to the late Lucius and Arlie Bennett Chadwick.
Ms. Chadwick is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at eleven a. m. at the Martin McLane Funeral Home in Hahira with Reverend John Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
