Eloise Daniel Davis Noles, 94, of Valdosta died Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Langdale Hospice House. She was born in Adel on December 23, 1918 to the late Sol and Sally Bennett Daniel. Mrs. Noles was a loving kind wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was dearly loved by all and will be missed beyond words, not only by her family but also many friends. Mrs. Noles worked as an airplane instrument mechanic at "Moody Field" during World War II. In the 1970's and 1980's she worked as a Para Pro at Parker Mathis Elementary School. She was a great cook and loved to travel in their RV with her pets Teddy and Prissy. Mrs. Noles was a member of the Cat Creek Primitive Baptist Church and she loved her church family.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Ralph S. Noles of Valdosta, children and their spouses, Eunie Davis Hendricks, Jackie Davis Carter, Bobby and Sylvia Davis, Pat and Sandra Davis, Cheryl Noles Trogdon and Sam Trogdon all of Valdosta, her grandchildren and their spouses, Eric and Linda Hendricks, Bret and Lynette Hendricks, Chet Hendricks all of Valdosta, Beth D. and Tim Jackson of Woodstock, Sally Davis, Pat II and Dottie Davis, Dawn D. and Gene Ross, Dee D. and Kenny Ott all of Valdosta, Danny and Chrisan Davis of Orlando, FL, David and Daviea Davis of Pittsburg, PA, Lauree M. and Chandler Griffin of Melbourne, FL, Amber M. Hancock, Jesse Moore, Dusty Moore and Jamie Moore all of Valdosta, sister and brother in law, Frances D. and Johnny Carmichael of Moultrie, 19-great grandchildren, 5-great great grandchildren and many dear nieces and nephews including, Etna G. Frost, Jimmy Griffin and Faye D. Eller. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Levin Davis of Adel, a grandson, Bobby James "Bucky" Davis, Jr., four brothers, Ralph Daniel, Shellie Daniel, Luther Daniel, Graydon Daniel, one sister, Janie D. Griffin, two sons in law, Lassie Hendricks and Pete Lowe.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Cat Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Jim Sandlin, Elder Bob Dickerson and Elder Thad Marshall officiating.
