Ella R. Podds

Ella R. Podds, 91, of Valdosta, Georgia, died Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Langdale Hospice House. Born September 10, 1916 in Manhasset, New York, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Gabriella Albrecht Podstupka. She graduated from Manhasset High School in 1934 and the Grand Central School of Art in New York City in 1939. She retired from the Long Island Railroad as a ticket agent. Ms. Podds was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Port Richey, FL.

She is survived by her niece, Gabriella Dabbs of Valdosta. Memorial services will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL.
