Edwardo Garcia

Edwardo Garcia, 69, of Ray City, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Donna, Texas on September 12, 1943 to the late Felix Garcia and Olivia Garcia-Govea. Edwardo was an aviation mechanic for the United States Air Force and NASA. He was of the Catholic faith. Edwardo enjoyed riding motorcycles. He loved his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Edwardo enjoyed fixing things. He was "Mr. Fixit"

Edwardo is survived by his wife, Numa Judith Garcia of Ray City, one daughter, Dianitta Williams and her fiancé, Scott McCranie of Fitzgerald, four sons and two daughters in law, Roel Garcia of Jacksonville, FL, Raul and Kelly Garcia of Savannah, Rene and Jacquelyn Garcia of Ray City, D. J. Garcia of Jacksonville, FL, fourteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two sisters, Margaret Castro and Gloria Garza of Houston, TX, five brothers and three sisters in law, Clemente and Sylvia Garcia of Houston, TX, Felix Garcia of Donna, TX, Frank and Emma Garcia, Greg and Anna Bell Govea and David Guerra of Edinburg, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, Paul Edwardo Garcia and his step father, Greg Govea Sr.
