Eddie Farmer, 66, of Valdosta, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on January 11, 1945 in Valdosta to the late Jim Frank and Mytrice Wyolene Farmer. Eddie was employed with LARC.

Eddie is survived by his brother and sister in law, Joseph Eugene and Marion Farmer and a sister Sylvia Farmer. He was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Farmer, and brothers, Jimmy Farmer and Billy Jerome Farmer.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February, 11, 2011 at the Friendship Cemetery in Hahira with Rev. Bob Willis officiating. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www. mclanefuneralservices.com. Carson McLane Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
