Donald Ray Kuiper

Donald Ray Kuiper, 55, of Hahira passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan and had lived in Albany before moving to Valdosta many years ago. Mr. Kuiper was a member of the Azalea City Church of God and a registered nurse at South Georgia Medical Center. He enjoyed building, woodworking, making fishing lures and landscaping.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Kuiper of Hahira; two daughters and sons in law, Erin and Joe Lloyd of Naylor, Emily and Alex Bowles of Dasher; three grandchildren, Joseph Lloyd, Ray Lloyd and Kinsey Lloyd; his mother, Eilene Kuiper of Albany, GA; three sisters and one brother in law, Debbie Money of Plains, GA; Deanna and Steve Noyes of Sachse, TX and Denise Cooper of Leesburg, GA; parents in law, Rev. Raymond and Joan Gabbard of Valdosta; two brothers and sisters in law, David and Benita Gabbard of Warner Robins, GA and Donald and Becky Gabbard of Albany, GA; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Jay Kuiper.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Azalea City Church of God with Pastor Brett Jarriel, Pastor Keith Lairsey and Pastor Raymond Gabbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8pm at the Azalea City Church of God, 247 N. St. Augustine Road, Valdosta, GA 31601.
