Donald N. Wilson

Donald N. Wilson, 80, of Valdosta, died on Saturday, November 18,2 017, at South Georgia Medical Center. Born in Valdosta, on January 22, 1937, Mr. Wilson was the son of the late Johnnie and Pearl Taylor Wilson. A self-employed beverage merchant and a sports enthusiast, he enjoyed football and baseball. Mr. Wilson was a Baptist.
Survivors are his brother, Bobby (Gwen) Wilson of Albany; nieces and nephews, Amy (Shawn) Harper, Dena (Ward) Summerell, Tommy Wilson all of Albany, Sherry (David) Goldsberry and Monty Wilson of Valdosta, Ronnie Wilson of Atlanta.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. Pastor Jimmy Burt will officiate. Condolences may be made online at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane Funeral Home.
