Dollie Mae Altman Joyner, 78, of Hahira passed away at Smith Northview Hospital on December 16, 2014. She was born in Blackshear, GA on August 4, 1936 to the late Reggie E. Altman and Clattie Fish Altman. Affectionately known as "Me-Ma", she loved her family and was very giving. She was retired from Crackling Good Bakery and in her spare time she enjoyed thrift store shopping, fishing, and cooking.
Dollie is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Joy Musgrove of Lake Park; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Dewey Edward Musgrove Jr., Willie Ray and Janet Musgrove, and Thomas Randy Musgrove all of Hahira; eight grandchildren; five sisters, four brothers, and a large extended family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Dewey Musgrove Sr. and Robert Joyner.
A graveside service for Dollie Mae Joyner will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Friendship Cemetery in Hahira. There will be no formal visitation. Condolences may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. Martin McLane Funeral Home of Hahira, GA.
