Diane W. Martin, 57, of Valdosta died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at her home. She was born on January 6, 1952 in Ft. Riley, Kansas and was employed by Wal-Mart. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents, William and Annetta Clark.

She leaves behind a devoted husband, Gus Martin of Valdosta, one daughter, Kristen Weichart of Cleveland, Ohio, four sisters, Debra (John) Grump, Donna (Marshall) Sranks all of Cleveland, Ohio, Denise Craft, Darlene (George) Stepic all of Elko, Nevada, one brother, Bill Clark of Cleveland, Ohio, two aunts, Donna Canzcort and Ruth Rankin both of Pennsylvania, four sisters in law, Louise Jackson, Levercia (Charles) Burnett, Luvada (Larry) Tarver all of Macon, GA. and Grace Bailey of Cleveland, Ohio, four brothers in law, Perry (Teresa) Martin, David (Alesa) Martin, Charles (Mae) Martin and Fred Martin all of Macon and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Monday, April 27, 2009 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Willis officiating.
