Diane Ragans Wells

Diane Ragans Wells, 75, of Madison, Florida died Saturday, November 28, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Madison on October 22, 1945 to the late Cecil Edward and Katie Albritton Ragans and had lived most of her life in Madison. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Madison and had worked as a registered nurse with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Teresa and Tommy Johnson of Valdosta; son and daughter in law, Andy and Joyce Wells of Madison, FL; her grandchildren, Luke Johnson, Emily and Zane Sirmans, Chase Johnson, Katie Wells, Drake Wells, Memori and Chad McGriff, Darren and Reva Bass; great grandchildren, Matthew Bass, Daniel Bass, Ashlynne Hendrix, Emma Greene, Addison McGriff; two sisters and a brother in law, Patricia and Gordie Bass, Barbara Johnson; three brothers and sisters in law, W. C. and Mary Ragans, Spessard (Sputter) and Linda Ragans, Ronnie and Marilyn Ragans all of Madison, FL; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Wells, a brother, Ray Ragans and two sisters, Helen Phillips and Yvonne Barrs.
Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home in Madison, Florida with Rev. Greg Ragans officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakridge Cemetery in Madison. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6-8pm at the Beggs Funeral Home.
